Sony sent me a PS5 with a controller that doesn’t work and when I contacted them and went through 3 people I finally got some specialist telling me they’d open a case and get back to me with a solution in 1-2 business days, that was almost 2 weeks ago lol and I’ve heard nothing back

no sticky buttons here thankfully ,just some of the buttons were dead, they click normally but do nothing.

The X button which is needed to setup the console and select any games or do anything basically is completely DOA.

well I waited and then I bought a new controller from target because I realized after a few days they weren’t getting back to me anytime soon.

I got the console from Sony direct so I’m gonna keep the broken one because maybe Sony will ask for photo or video evidence and hopefully they fix the issue especially if this is happening to others
