I cant belive how fye this game still looks after 5 years

Reason I bought a PS4. 5 years ago, wow time flies.
Just finished Uncharted 4 the second time... After coming into Madgascar this game is straight a classic, after the (imo) kinda boring to mid passages in Scotland and Italy.
And the graphics
the game was just worth playing so i could take pictures of Madagascar and Libertalia. Story, Combat, Climbing, Pacing and Characters got also sooo much better in the second half of the game. Sams a real cool character and I really loved how they told the story (lore) of Henry Avery and his pirate comrades.
The relationship between Nate and Elena was cute ngl. Reminded me pretty hard of my girl and me lol.
The ending was also perfect, dont know if we will get a new UC, but it would Day One for me. Goated Franchise and easily Top 10, maybe even Top 5 of this gen.
9/10
i never played any of them. Is it worth starting with earlier ones or can i just jump right into Uncharted 4?

It's possible, but you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice by playing 4 first. I'd strongly recommend getting the Nathan Drake Collection if you want to get into the series, then getting 4 if you've liked 1-3.
The characters just hit harder when you finally finish UC 4 after starting from part 1.
But i gotta say UC1 aged kinda bad, but still a good game imo.

But yeah if its really makes a difference ill probably get 1-3 first then
Playing God Of War for the first time. This game is so good.
It reminds me of when I experienced Resident Evil 4 15 years ago

Thinking of getting Horizon Zero Dawn, how good is it?
It's hit or miss for people. I loved it, it starts off really slow though. I legit played and didn't like it so I stopped for months until quarantine started and it just clicked after a while. It's dirt cheap usually now so imo it's worth a try

I’ll probably watch some gameplay YouTube videos then before buying.

No just play it. You’ll have to go thru the same intro regardless so u might as well not spoil it

At least offer something more as to the quality of the game.
He said it was hit or miss why would I just blindly purchase that?

Also, but I don't belive it will be released this year.
It was scheduled for "early 2021" in November and is now scheduled for 2021. Would not be surprised if it will be postponed to 2022 later this year...
You ain't kidding. Still playing through it myself. I get bodied and it's only a Just a challenge difficulty
anything interesting on the horizon? my ps5 been collecting dust
Returnal in March , REVillage in May tbh.
Nothing else big really till November. I will admit that next gen really haven’t taken off yet. Honestly we’re still in preseason. I’m just glad I secured a ps5 already
