I was looking at booking my tatt in october but am in middle of cutting weight for 5-7 kilos. I dont have a lot of fat on my arm but irregardless is it a dumb decision to get it pre weight loss?

it shouldn't effect the tattoo that much. if you have that much concern then you should talk to your artist. If anything you can always lift to make up for that lost mass
