The version currently available to the public right now is very basic. However there’s a much more advanced Beta version that they’ve been rolling out to more users since October that looks amazing and like it could be worth the 10k extra.

Either way, Elon recently said that at the start of next year they’re going to offer a subscription option, so you have that option as well to see if you like it (my guess is that it will be around $100 a month).

I have advanced autopilot currently. I should have invested in FSD capabilities when it was cheaper, but I wanted to use the money gambling on the stock market, lol.

Advanced autopilot works really well for my commute to my hometown and road trips.
