Call me a 12 y/o but this my dream car atm
Would be a dope weekend warrior in the future
atm I might try to save up for a 2006 Acura rsx or 1999 mitsubishi gto
The RSX has an engine with a TON of aftermarket support so modding it to make extra power is pretty accessible. Even tho the RSX is FWD, I’d recon it handles better than the heavy GTO, RWD Japanese cars are absurdly expensive to get into unless you wanna get clapped out project car lol.
FWD cars on the other hand are like cockroaches, which is good since it means aftermarket support is plentiful and cheap.
I just finished paying off my car a year or two ago.
Honda Accord 2009
What should be the first things I do to it to "trick" it out or make it look better? Don't feel like buying a new car anytime soon
I can't manage to upload and post a pic so here's one I found online.
bought 2 years ago
Someone put me on a reliable but fun car to drive with nice fuel economy for 5k
Mazada speed protege!

Only accord worth modding imo is the V6 manual coupe
It's pretty fast and powerful
Got for a smidge under 40k in cash last month
Tons of fun to drive, topped it out at 157 on a backroad. Feels like it’s got more to give. This is a nice holdover till the Z06 C8 convertible comes out, I will switch over then

I know I was actually gonna get an rsx at some dealer with like 80k mileage and at $6k but I never went out there. I got a fwd Suzuki Kizashi gts, it's a cheap little sedan with like zero aftermarket support but it handles nicely and it hasn't given me any problems yet

Integra GSR
Escort/Focus ZX2/3
MazdaSpeed Protoge
Your best bets

80k mils and ONLY 6k? It’s gotta be an automatic 👀
copped back in september off my brother for 6.5k
don't even care that it's slow, it's super fun to drive regardless
damn what a steal
is it a stick or auto?
scary
😈

In my area an FRS for 6k is either wrecked, doesn’t run, or IF it does run, the or
motor is sitting right at death’s door. It’s gotta be pedal shift at that price point. If it’s a stick I’m raging

you don't think I should put some rims or tints on it? or put some speakers in it

stick. first stick car too, the first month was pretty rough. this thing isn't the smoothest for beginners lol

it's fortunately a stick lol. i guess the only thing with it is that it had ~110k miles when i bought it. but its a 1 owner car that my brother bought back in 2012 and honestly babied lol. mostly highway miles too plus the clutch was replaced probably around 80-90k.
edit: and the thing is essentially bone stock too lol except for tires + winter tires
and yea to your earlier points, although it's pretty slow it's still a pleasure to drive. don't get me wrong, nut wrenching acceleration is fun af too but theres just something about being able to confidently rip some back roads with a decent amount of power but great handling.
For my environmental-friendly boys, Tesla coming out with a roadster that's putting up hypercar stats at like $200k and I think there's some special edition that's only $50k
my car
Fairly stock, just Enkei RPF1s and a RV6 J-Pipe paired to a Tsudo Catback
I'll do more when I'm not a college student but it'll do for now

You Can do that

Wow, that’s awesome.
Since it’s used , how the car is maintained from the previous owner is way more important than mileage.
110k miles of neglected maintenance and redlining it while it’s cold
Vs
110k miles of maintaining the car like new and babying it
Will leave two totally different condition cars.
