Offset is wrong to be worried about the Bell's Palsy stuff, and it's myopic to look at this issue through an individualistic lens because it's possible that he could get someone else sick.

But I think his heart is in the right place as far as preferential treatment goes. It's fair to feel a sense of guilt and frustration about that. I just don't agree that skipping out on the vaccine is a net positive as far as that issue goes, or that they're even especially related. Offset has a large social sphere, far larger than most people, so he should get vaccinated.
