Has anyone dealt with this before?

A year ago some crazy s*** happened/in a manic state that landed me in jail lmao (resisting arrest, funny enough, was the only charge)

Since then I noticed I've been steering clear of like....certain musicians, avoiding rabbit holes, even somewhat distancing from my faith because my last bout was somewhat religious in nature.

Please, tell me your stories, word of advice, anything! :)

Been regularly taking lsd still no psychosis

Honestly that's how I felt when in psychosis

Like it was a 3 day acid trip, even colors were more vivid

Maybe my brain leaked dmt and I got one shot lmaoo

i get mild psychosis when im in a mixed bipolar episode or manic

depressed psychosis is the worst tho, like everyone is an opp and u rly be losing touch with reality. had times where i wanted to cut off everyone, self harm, obsessed with death

but its very rare for me to be like that. an my mania luckily is rarely that extreme
