I have a friend who's literally texting tens of one word messages when you're texting with him about something in real time and it's annoying af sometimes

But on the other hand one long ass message feels like you're just talking to yourself

I tend to be more one long message but I understand why people don’t like it

i don't text just use voice to speech so it just a couple of line

I break that s*** down.

those long ones give me anxiety

Depends on the tone of the discussion. If it's more serious, I go with longer messages. If I'm just f***ing around, they tend to be shorter.

I like to send a bunch of smaller ones because that’s just how I talk

i write up whole full messages but then cut them into separate chops so people dont think im weird
