Trash StarDamn, I thought Basil was cool af tbh, I didn't realize people weren't f***ing with him. I loved his cards and the idea of someone reaching out to the unseen to predict the future was really unique to him.
Drake is kinda lame though, besides his connection to SWORD I felt like he didn't add much and he's weak as hell for being a whole ass dinosaur

UsoppZoro and Chopper are kinda tied though, really depends on the arc. Chopper gets put in the background a lot or stuff is just made up for him to do (like the ice oni), but when he gets focused on I'd probably put him above Zoro. Yamato is too early to rank but she'd probably be around Chopper/Zoro.

with the spoilers I really think shanks went to the gorosei to talk about buggy since the warlord system was being abolished and wanted to save him. No other reason he'd be a yonko imo unless he awakened his fruit somehow and did damage somewhere.
