I have a theory
it was implied there's 4 mythical zoan fruits for sun, forest, rain and land. I'm assuming luffy has sun, green bull has the forest, dragon has the rain and idk who'd have the last but I'm thinking Im has the land one awakened and let the celestial dragons create the red line and could one day also destroy it. It's possible needing all 4 could be required to do that as well.
