She's probably gonna join for the final stretch of the journey. I thought she was with Sabo, but based on this chapter she probably isn't. She's most likely somewhere in the new world with no way of returning to Alabasta. Plus with her being Imu's target, Alabasta isn't the safest place for her to be. She can join the strawhats and have the pirate adventure she wanted to have when they first met and then get dropped back off at Alabasta once they circle the world.
