Really digging this arc. I love wacky themed islands. This reminds me of Thriller Bark, which is criminally underrated. It’s a bit of Punk Hazard too which is a lot more fun in retrospect.

Was talking to my friend about the density of this arc so far . It’s like everything that is enjoyed about one piece is happening chapter to chapter . I don’t think we’ve even gotten a chapter that i would consider a “build up” chapter .

My favorite arcs tend to be the more relatively isolated adventure focused one’s exploring a strange place. The big climactic world politics shifting one’s are good too, but the sense of adventure is what appeals to me with One Piece.

1065 Vegapunk (Shaka) will die in this arc. Shaka Zulu died at the hands of three assassins. Don’t sleep.

The new game looks great. Like if Dragon Quest was One Piece themed. It works perfectly. Every crew member is a different party type.
