1072 I think I got Weevil figured out. Stussy being created in the name of “world peace” might’ve been to combat the age of the Rocks pirates who ruled with violence. Stussy being the “successful” attempt hints to an unsuccessful one being Weevil. Stussy being the creator is hinted through the titles; “self proclaimed scientist” and “Mads residential freeloader”. Weevil being unsuccessful is largely due to his intellect which put his life in danger. Either someone tried to kill him seeing as he can’t be controlled or his body wasn’t what it suppose to be, either way he was on the verge of death. Which leads us to the “scholar in the west blue” aka Hogback who’s known for his surgeries bringing people back alive with his signature stitching.

I never expected Weevil to be a sympathetic character, but it looks like we're getting a Weevil redemption.

IDK if I should even call it redemption, because he was never really evil, he just seemed lame.
