Theory

Luffy beats Saturn's ass, Saturn rings up Imu, nuke gets dropped. They paint it as the straw hats causing war is declared. They mentioned the library in Elbalf, so I'm assuming Vegapunk winds up there via Straw Hats and he's probably outta commission until some knowledgeable books fill his brain up again. Shanks noted that he didn't want to bring any trouble to the land of Elbalf, but foreshadowing the Straw Hats would draw fire from the WG at Elbalf.

im 90% sure the elders turned into the shadow beings

if u look at some of the panels u see there are like shadowy humanoids who are must likely the elders

looks like the elders are then strong as s*** too most likely

so we have the admirals
the elders
holy knights
imu

theres no way the straw hats alone are taking all of them out. im expecting to see shanks crew and even blackbeards crew thinning them out
