Ragnarok is like a subsidiary/partnership? with OPscans so sometimes when the original site has too much traffic you can just go to that one to read the chapter

i don't think it was all planned like this. some stuff probably has been planned, like the punk hazard connection but more than likely most of this stuff was implemented when oda and his editors sat down and wrote out the outline for the flashback. that's what makes it so amazing, oda's ability to make it all seem so organic and making connections where maybe he didn't initially intend to

I'm sure he knows how he wants to end and the structure, but changes along the way for sure have happened. Although there's so much stuff that connects that he must have a somewhat rigid line of operation

i wouldn't say he's going with the flow, i just find it hard to believe that this has been the plan since 2008 when sabaody was being written. the big stuff he for sure has planned but a lot of these smaller things that sort of bring things back around are probably thought up when he's going over the plans for the next arc with his editor

the worst generation wasn't something oda planned, it was something that his editor suggested and they've become an integral part of the story. if something that major is the result of an editor suggestion then i think it's likely a lot of stuff in the story hasn't been planned for all that long

Might go through wano arc anime to see how it is animated gotta see how many eps that arc is tho

Moved on to the manga after Wano and it's so good I almost don't wanna binge because I'm not ready for that weekly wait yet.
