At first he's laying down, then he's sitting up against some rubble, plus all his dialogue of "not wanting to hurt his friends, just doing a job" and the flashback of him hitting the Nika pose, yeah that nigga is switching sides

I think it would actually hype up the rest of the elders' strength if it needs both Luffy and Kuma to defeat Saturn tbh, and would like Kuma to have a full closure to his arc too
