Watched it from the start and picked up the manga at episode 850 (the last episode at the time)

Look up One Pace (less episodes due to filler being taken out) or just read the manga

Use a filler edit, OnePace or C2M

Even the canon episodes have filler in them (slow pans, extra flashbacks, intro & outro songs etc.

OnePace will save at least 360 episodes of time + 94 episodes of actual filler (more than than that, those figures aren't entirely up to date)

OnePace seems to update slower, C2M updates within a day of the English Dub being out & they're actually ahead of OnePace rn & have done English Dub for all arcs unlike OnePace (they include dub & sub):

when it comes to the big animes of this era (like Naruto, Bleach, etc.) idk how it's even an argument because One Piece easily clears

i'm really impressed with the world building and the design and art style in general. sure art style can be more subjective, but it's the variation (well, except the female characters - they all look like Nami clones) and how detailed and unique it can get that's undeniable

i understand it now, i get why it's peak lol
