    Obviously NLU

Like That gotten attention but it was a combination of the prolonged wait between this and Push-Ups, then the back and forth until Kendrick dropped NLU and the beef officially reached it “casual/corporate” phase, Atleast imo. My timeline from that is cloudy

I put in quotation marks because obviously the beef was always “mainstream” but it was clear after NLU that more and more casuals were becoming aware of the beef and it got reflected in what social media and radio were playing

    Truly a moment

I say this part to add, it felt more and more like “outsiders” “non-hip hop fans” were now giving their take and perspective on the beef (thru memes and discourse) versus it being contained within hip hop enjoyers

Like you had whole ads and sketches, non hip hop content creators using NLU beat, all that was not reached before NLU

this is neither good or bad just happened
