so good. JMK rly the goat of interviews and especially on point with this, perfect pairing to get OPN to dive into visual/film influences a bit as well. he's just so good at making artists feel understood and rly open up

and yh like every single answer he gave is just pure gold

what he shared about Replica is lowkey a crazy thing to admit as an artist but so real. lowkey satisfying af to hear for me cause I love that album and it is and was one of the most mindblowing things he's done but I've always struggled to listen to it front to back lol, literally wondering if I'm just not avant-garde enough for it but yh nah he even recognizes that it could be a better album listen himself and that first half is stronger lol

it's a bit weird but honestly it's the smart way to go to maintain hype and do a good rollout in 2025. no one is forcing you to listen to all the singles but it's there if u want it, I don't rly get complaining about this
