Nothing is ever deleted from the internet. "Background checks" can easily gain access to all sorts of information that has been "posted" over years. That's why erasing any sort of digital footprint is smart by using aliases and not posting things you don't want people to have access too.

You see it with the younger generation because they've grown up on social media and are posting the most wild/crazy s*** without embarrassment. In the next few years when they come of age this topic will grow with alot of information because people will be publically humiliated for s*** they did at 17.
