no that was totally different. i see what you mean but the two are very different because of how both are used. tik tok is like a more advanced vine but more focused on kids. vine was for everyone and you weren't looked down on for using it.

the only people who look down on it haven’t really used the app enough lol. when i first used it it was just a bunch of teenage white girls dancing but after a while my feed became pretty good
