The first four tracks on ilck were some of the best on the album imo, for me, it starts really strongly but the middle horribly drags (aside from Moment of Silence since that’s one of his best songs ever) and then improves again towards the end

i think he chose a lot of amazing songs for ilck, but also a lot that don’t really do any favors for the album given it’s length

i don’t think it should’ve been 26 tracks, but a mix of like half guitar/half dark trap like on some of the 200+ would’ve led to a better reception

still love that album a lot tho

Ay man I’m not saying they’re bad songs but when you’re as unidimensional of a rapper as ILCK lone you gotta keep album pacing and production in mind having two five minute songs in the back quarter doing the same slow downtempo s*** he was doing was not gonna cut it for the fans who weren’t already into that s***

instead of doing a 26 song album with a 5 song deluxe he could’ve easily planned out a longer deluxe to cut the filler from the standard
