TheoryI think it being an inside job, with the intention to successfully assassinate him, is not entirely implausible.
The fact that he was left wide open, you had snipers seemingly with eyes on the suspect while Trump is still talking and completely unaware, the guy claiming he was telling secret service and police for three minutes and being ignoredā¦ and how would this 20 year old kid have figured out where the security perimeter ended and know that this roof top would have a perfect view of Trump and also be unguarded?
Thatās all pretty odd to me. Iām still subscribing to the ālone wolf lucked out and exploited secret serviceās surprising incompetenceā in the mean time. And once we have more info some of this could make more sense.
Maybe he had a drone so he could see what buildings didnāt have security, maybe the secret service was actually aware of the guy on the roof and assessing the situation when the one dude was trying to get their attention, maybe the snipers were trying to get a look at him to make sure he had a weapon before causing a scene.
The old āNever attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidityā quote comes in handy here.
I think he got lucky and exploited their incompetence. It's not crazy to think this event was so busy with so many different agencies and they don't all exactly communicate on the same frequency. You would think so but the secret service is definitely keeping things close to the chest, local law enforcement are idiots, the fbi are also not exactly up front with communicating what they're doing and so on. Someone itt posted a video of snipers having already mounted on a roof and aiming at him, it could've a matter of double checking to make sure that it wasn't their own on a different channel. By the time he starts shooting they don't even bother to wait and hear back they took him out in 5 seconds. So I think it really was bad synergy between everyone involved

As much as I hate everything he stands for that looked presidential af. True leadership at a time when leadership looks historically weak.
And voters are f***ing stupid. They will not look past the baseline here. He is taking this s*** 1hunnid. I'm just trying to rationalize how to accept the last few months of democracy left in the world.
Once America becomes a dictatorship, other countries will undoubtedly follow suit. Worldwide far right movements are on an incredibly upwards trajectory. Once America switches and it gets accepted the rest will follow within the decade.
