This doesn’t move the needle in my opinion. Trump supporters will still show up, liberals will still vote for Biden regardless if he can breath or talk.
Undecided voters are not moving the needle enough to elect either side. It’s really about the young people who have turned 18 within the last several years, who tend to be more liberal than not.
