S*** is a business fam before anything. And they know how every "Oscar winner" reflects onto Hollywood. And the idea of having the power for a certain film to win if you come together isn't gonna go wasted.

Doesn't mean EVERY single time is like that, but I can guaranteed there's been moments where the voters come together and push for certain films to win.
