quippy dialogue in the same way that marvel movies make me roll my eyes with their dialogue. the dialogue of banshees of inisherin is nothing like what im talking about.

im using "reddit epic humor" to refer to jokes like the d**** fight, hot dog fingers, and almost every other joke in the movie (I don't think random = funny but a lot of people found the movie funny so it might just not be a me thing)

cinematography giving me a headache is a me thing but the cinematography especially during fight scenes felt like some s*** out of guardians of the galaxy movies

marvel didn't invent the concept of a multiverse but considering how 3/4 biggest properties right now dealing with the multiverse are marvel it feels worth to mention.

its a bit obtuse to say that the russos had to have written the script for their influence to be found in the film. If the directors of the biggest comic book movies of the last 10 years produce your film, then they are gonna have a presence in the film.

at the end of the day, you like the movie and I don't and thats totally fine. both of us have our opinions and one isn't really more important than the other but I stand by what I said.
