overall this was a good Oscars. Oppenheimer didn't dominate every category like i thought it would but it still got the big ones which i wasn't mad at all. only one win for barbie, good. poor things getting production and costume YES, Anatomy of a fall took home original screenplay, deserved. zone of interest getting best sound was so clutch. godzilla minus one represented ludwig goransson supremacy

Oppie won every award it fully deserved and many of the other wins were all very deserved.

RDJ and Stone are the only ones I felt like went to the wrong people.

Great to see Glazer, Nolan, Cillian, and Emma Thomas get the recognition they deserve.

EDIT: Also pretty great to see Miyazaki, Wes Anderson, and Godzilla all won

While the ceremony was a little dull, this is one of the best awarded lineups and correct choices in the Oscar's history, I'd say.

They should've given Best Picture to Barbie just for giggles.

Supporting Actor should've gone to Ryan Gosling or Mark Ruffalo.

Best Director to Scorsese.

Best Cinematography to Poor Things.

Best Actress, I feel conflicted because I loved Emma Stone's performance, but Lily Gladstone probably deserved it.
