How would slow motion work in online multiplayer?

It’s not really slow motion online it’s hard to best explain

It runs okay on the Deck if anyone's wondering. Docked I'm getting around 30-40 fps at 1080p on low settings, but turning down the resolution to 720p I get almost a locked 60.
