Just got these and love em, the lace system is really cool too. I have custom orthodetics that I wear with my shoes - getting the original inserts out of the shoes is easy enough but putting my custom ones in is difficult. Any suggestions?

Couldn't tell you if you got a discrepancy of a full size between those shoes
If it helps I heard they fit a half size big and I went with 10.5 (usually wear 10.5/11)
