I don’t know if these are very healthy but I used to always order $10 açaí bowls and have replaced that habit with these most mornings

They come frozen throw it in the microwave 30 seconds to defrost a bit, I throw their granola away add my own + chia seeds, fiax seeds, more blueberries and a cut up banana

acai bowls are good, but you have to be careful since a lot of the frozen packets are pre-sweetened so it has an assload of sugar

He's becoming a top performer no lie and his music is the perfect mix of mainstream but still fire It's literally the perfect balance rn

I would always see him posting clips on IG for each show and was like damn this s*** looks fire

I think I know which show you're talking about, was it when he was losing his voice? He's real af for rescheduling those instead of just doing the show

Overnight oats that are full of sugar are useless to me imo. Don’t see the point if you’re just going to throw caramel, brown sugar, marshmallows and everything else under the sun to “make it taste good”

Overnight oats are just oats, milk, and yogurt. Maybe a little honey or brown sugar. Don't buy the pre-packaged ones and make your own its simple.

How to make overnight oats with frozen berries and no milk or added sugar plain yoghurt And nuts as the only additives maybe some seeds

You can still make delicious overnight oats with frozen berries and plain yogurt without milk or added sugar. Here's a simple recipe that includes nuts and seeds as the only additives:

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
    Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt, frozen berries, chia seeds, flax seeds (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined.
Add in the chopped nuts and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or a mason jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).
In the morning, give the oats a good stir, and enjoy as is or add additional toppings like additional nuts, seeds, or fruit if desired.
Note: The frozen berries will release their juices and make the oats creamy as they thaw, but if you prefer a creamier texture, you can add a splash of almond or any other plant-based milk before serving.
