Wasn't La Brea and Fairfax like a big location for streetwear. Back when Drake was first opening these up, OVO stores were still less of a proven commodity, more streetwear a***ogous. Now they're damn near Apple stores or Barnes and Noble or something, so a more upscale location makes more sense
