Can't decide which show to invest my time in during this lockdown period. I'm a huge BB fan but I'm hearing great things about Ozark too.. plus its just 3 seasons in. What do yall recommend?

bruh I watched Ozark last week, and I was bored from the first episode.

I'm sorry, but that s*** was stupid and lame from the beginning.

plus I'm reading season 2 is worst than the first season? I'm not investing my time on this..

Hmm for me Ozark was more interesting from the beginning but season 2 has been kinda mid. That said season 3 is supposed to be amazing so we'll see. BCS is inarguably a really well made show and from what I've heard has only gotten better.

Im all for BCS but is it more of the same BB style storytelling? It would be refreshing to move to something a bit different.

Its a lot more slow paced and character driven then bb, but imo the characters are better than bb

Ozark just doesn't have any characters I generally care about man...Like its not a suspensful show for me.
Plus its just too clearly unrealistic and cartoony whereas bb stuff is so methodical

season 2 is worse though. but none of the seasons are particularly awful or anything.

Season 3 is definitely the best season.

I think you would like the show, just let it settle in a bit.

BCS has been great for maybe 2-3 seasons.

Its first 2 seasons are not on BB radar people should quit saying it's even f***ing with BB. Like now its pretty damn good. But almost half the show was below expectations

Ozark has a better storyline, BCS has better production quality and cinematography

BCS probably wins just because even a s***tier version of BB is still tip tier TV.

But Ozark has a better storyline imo, just lacking in everything else

It’s not close. They’re not both great. ‘Better Call Saul’ is top tier television and nothing else comes close to it right now. It started off strong and has only continued to get better with each passing season. It may be slower than ‘Breaking Bad,’ but the combination of that pace with a sense of doom awaiting everybody the show centers on asserts it as one of - if not THE - tragedy of our time.

Season 3 is really really great though, but no one likes hearing a show gets good 20 hours in.

BCS I would argue doesn’t get incredibly essential until later on too but it earns its length and really rewards you for having watched it all
