Ordered Off White dunks from StockX & they shipped via DHL (which was a first from StockX). I authorized a signature release like I always do with DHL cause I’m never home & have never had an issue with this before. Got a text notification around 3pm yesterday that they were delivered, but when I came home around 6pm they were nowhere to be found. I called DHL & they opened a case, but can’t follow up with an investigation until Monday because it’s the weekend. StockX website doesn’t say anything about DHL, but they say if you change the shipping setting for fedex then you’re not eligible to file a claim. Am I completely f***ed since I authorized a signature release?

my neighborhood is kinda shady, had my car broken in a couple of times over the years. But I’ve never had a problem before with packages & I order s*** at least 5-6 times a month. My porch is big too so there’s plenty of spaces to conceal a package.

i think it’s probably delivered to wrong address then or a shipping error occurred on their end

Bro idk why the f*** companies do that s***. WHAT is the point? Literally the only advertising you’re doing is advertising to someone that they can swipe your s*** and resell it. Everything should be a blank box or bag with your name attached and that’s it. If you ordered it, you should know what the f*** is in it

I had the same thing happen to me except it was with UPS. It first said it was delivered but I called on Monday and it turns out they had it the whole time

Best case scenario it got delivered to wrong house and your neighbor will give it to you, worst case you will eventually get refunded by DHL insurance 🤷🏽‍♂️

At the end of the day rep quality is still garbage and most people will be able to tell even if it’s the best rep available

opened a claim with DHL. The driver said he left it in front of the door so they closed the case & recommend I reach out to StockX. StockX said ask my neighbors if they grabbed it for safekeeping so I told them I asked & they said no. Then StockX said I have file a police report & then send it to them
