I know this has been thought of before lives are incredibly important ,the early developmental years have been proven to have life-lasting effects. I'm not an expert but, I think pushing this agenda for new parents to take some beginner parental-psychology course would only be beneficial for them and the child.
i agree i think it would go a long way
a lot of these parents are broken people though and they just put a human being into the world and project all of their baggage onto them
people should have themselves figured out and seriously work on their issues before putting kids into this already f***ed world
Parents won’t even spend time with they kids, mfs come home and give their kids a tablet to watch YT on while they relax after a hard day at work.

This is less of a parental failure and more of a societal failure imo.

Honestly its hard to come home a cater to your girl after work. I can’t imagine having multiple kids to deal with.
Early childhood psychology is important to know, but individual counseling is key as well. Most first time parents have no idea what it feels like to have a kid and the lifestyle and hormonal changes that take place can cause some big changes in personality that are pretty scary tbh. It's easy to get sucked into anger and self loathing as a new parent when you aren't sleeping and constantly feel overwhelmed. A good counselor can make a huge difference.
