Nah not that extreme, but just getting rid of things that do not add value to your day to day life. You don’t have to bring your belongings down to like 20 items but look at your room and ask what items you have that don’t add value, things you haven’t used in so long that you can do without, why are you still holding onto it? Think of your socks for example you prob have like 20 pairs or more, why do you need that many, some you prob don’t use. Or like little things around the room

yeah, ive been doing this thing where every day in the evening I will declutter a different part of my room, yesterday was my dresser, today was the drawer under my bed, tomorrow gonna be the drawers beside my desk... a cool thing that ive seen someone do is pack all their things into many boxes as if they were moving, over the span of 3 weeks, whatever they did not take out of the box to use they got rid of
