I think the reason it wasn’t released as a single was to get even more people to tune in during the first week, and if possible, make it a single after first week and give the album legs

I’m with you all the way. I’ll be happy Rihanna or not on Friday. But the Riri single could really re ignite Party’s place in public perception of R&B stars.
