Thought this was pretty good when I seen it earlier this year.

Pretty good. Loved the way it was shot. Drama could have been a little more entertaining.

Ruth Negga might be the most undervalued and overlooked actress in the game right now.

Probably would've liked this more if I saw this in theatres, i couldn't stay off my phone the last 30 minutes since it was a little slow. Looked great though.

Only seen her in Misfits and Preacher. What would you recommend?

This ain't it and I don't like the deviation from the book.

What's different? Wasn't really feeling the ending on this one.

They made everything more vague which defeats the purpose the of the novel, in my opinion. Especially the ending, it's more straightforward and hard hitting than the bullshit the film tried to do. It's a short read you should check it out and compare.

Movie was alright. Netflix been disappointing lately.

Netflix had nothing to do wit it tho. They picked up this movie at Sundance after it was already made.

I thought it was good. A lot of different themes explored here and the ambiguity allows for different conversations and theories to be had. Especially with that ending
