Who started that? My understanding is it's mostly in reference to black dudes on youtube or tiktok that build an audience talking about how western women suck and women in foreign countries in asia or south america are more traditional and respectful of men
They go to these typically poorer countries and just f*** women with the goal of marrying one eventually I guess?
