For a condensed version, after the fall of the order (a very prominent neo nazi extremest group) far right/neo nazi groups realized the military style structure they had didn't work. If a leader fell/was arrested, the entire system would break apart.

Instead, the groups decided to operate in 3 distinct ways.

1: extremist cells throughout the country, where they could organize violent attacks and break apart afterwards.

2: online presence. Most of the money the order stole from robbing armored trucks wasent recovered. Around the same time, Stormfront was established.

3: radicalization. Most of these groups realized that by targeting specific individuals and "black pilling" them, they could create lone wolf terrorists who would operate without supervision/gear.
