I am a Diablo fan, or rather Diablo styled games fan. Does this game have like pet classes similar to Necromancer or the Witch Doctor?

yeah, strangely enough, it's reversed now that melee is a complete slog to league start with and casters are budget gods. it's much smoother when you have a currency base now.

PoE 2 coming late 2020/early 2021

and yeah PoE is objectively so much better than D3, there are a s*** load of minions build too and they're really strong

PoE2 is kinda a misnomer. it's still the original PoE, but with a major update to the game's mechanics and campaign. if you want to play, there's no problem with starting now, especially since PoE2 isn't coming for maybe 1-2 years.

and yes. abiltiies are much more varied and not limited to specific classes in the game, so there's a ton of variety when it comes to summoner builds in PoE. you can really deepdive minion mechanics here: pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Minion

This and Diablo 3 / torchlight 2 plays well on consoles/switch but PoE is buggy on consoles and crashes occasionally at high level maps

love the league so far, alot better than harvest
