At what point is this getting an imax rerun gang

We saw literally one day in Willa’s life vs years (?) in Perfidia’s

Yeah I think for this story her character kinda has to be the person reacting. I mean her goal is to have fun at the school dance but that gets messed up. And from there it’s surviving while handling all this information about her mom and biological pops which is inner conflict. The same stuff she rebels against with Leo (like the tracking device) is what aids towards her safety later on, so that’s dramatic irony. She contradicts herself by acting like the adult when it comes to Leo, but then acts childish and lies about her phone to Regina. And then after going majority of the story reacting, she takes initiative for the final kill. I think she’s pretty fleshed out, it’s just not as in your face like Teyannas character was

yeah but that doesn't mean her character couldn't have been way more fleshed out than it is

The "handing information about her mom and dad" is pretty much not explored at all, the only thing about it is when she asks if she a rat and that's it lol

The perfect example of all this in the final scene when Bob is telling her about the letter and she doesn't say anything neither before or after reading it lmao, she just looking at him. Zero character input

And it's such a shame cuz it literally had all the elements to be one of my fav movies ever

its been one of the worst years for movie discussion between this and superman being hailed as the greatest movies of our times. people just love when mediocrity beats them over the head. still not as bad as everyone suddenly being down with The Black Plight during Moonlight/Get Out era of course
