Does it surprise you how some people are reacting to the age difference between Alana and Gary?

There’s no line that’s crossed, and there’s nothing but the right intentions. It would surprise me if there was some kind of kerfuffle about it, because there’s not that much there. That’s not the story that we made, in any kind of way. There isn’t a provocative bone in this film’s body.

Hmm interesting. PTA my nigga but with the exposure of all these Hollywood creeps I wouldn’t be surprised if he capping. And I hate saying that cus I don’t wanna assume that about people. But in todays day I take these niggas words with a grain of salt.

And that includes QT when he gets questioned over using the N-word and he claims there’s no racial intent behind it. I read some s*** the other day that made me question him when he said “when I say N*ger it’s different from Sam saying it because he’s a N*ger” 🤦🏽‍♂️

Well the approaches are very different cause in Red Rocket we’re clearly not supposed to see Mikey’s actions as something to be condoned.

In Licorice Pizza, the characters are likable, and it’s way more ambiguous.

also to answer your question no I wouldn’t go looking for hs chicks as a 25 year old

but I did know girls in hs and college who were dating dudes in their mid 20s and at the time I didn’t really think much of it cause 25 year olds still look kinda young too and when you’re young it doesn’t seem that bad but in retrospect that s*** was def foul. you gotta be real lame or leonoaddo DiCaprio to be going for girls almost half your age.
