Steam or Windows Store?
Windows store
Sounds about right. That place sucks ass for downloading large games. Gears 4 had issues too, where it would never finish downloading.
Get the steam version asap

Ur parts list is private
What resolution is the monitor tho?
I would probably drop the 2080 super, for a 2070 super with 3 fans and the best factory overclock i can find.

Oh damn. Does this one work? pcpartpicker.com/user/hahn24/saved/#view=wxwYgs
But I have two 1920x1080 144hz monitors

What is this rig for? 3950x is overkill
X570 board with no parts that utilize the advantages of that chipset, buy x470

Would the 3900x still be overkill? But I’m pretty much only using it for gaming. I don’t really stream or photo/video editing.

Yes if you’re strictly gaming look into 3600x - 3800x range of CPUs. If you’re not planning on using pcie 4 which it sounds like you’re not then look at b450 or x470 boards
Been playing a lot of civ and I've come to realize that I enjoy the exploration and settling cities much more than when all the land has been used up

This was my build from a couple months ago.
No issues at 1440p/144hz and about half the price as yours
I don't use dual monitors so I'm not sure how that would work but at 1080p on one monitor this is more than enough.
I think the RAM you chose is a bit too much. You can get DDR4-3600 for like half that which is good because higher speed RAM helps Ryzen CPUs a lot. If you want RGB, you can still probably get DDR4-3600 for like 100 (check the timings though)
I would go with an M.2 NVME SSD (the one I linked is cheaper for the same amount of storage, and faster). Or you can get a standard SATA SSD for a lot cheaper. You don't need RGB on an SSD bruh
But yeah you can knock about 500 off the cpu alone. Check r/buildapcsales, I saw the Ryzen 3600 for like 175 the other day.

Yup, working now.
U doing anything seriously professional?... Like some linus tech tips s***, with 3 youtube channels? Lol
Cuz im cosign Mr Alderson otherwise. Ryzen 7 is fine.
If u do plan to record a lot of gameplay, maybe stick with ur 2080. Otherwise, im still saying the 10fps isnt worth $150.

Haha nah the RGB doesnt matter to me, I think it had a discount at the time I added it to my list but Im fine with any SSD. Should I just go with 16GB instead of 32?

Haha no nothing professional. But okay I'll check out the ryzen 7 and possibly drop back down to a 2070S. Thanks

My bad, didn't see that you chose 32 instead of 16. But yeah 16gb is the standard for a gaming/light productivity PC rn.
strong computer but im dry on games 😓
