was about 1/4 way through the game and had to put it down, NPCs just getting stuck on nothing until i walk into them to get them out of a repeated stuck animation

my game was running fine. i guess it has to do with doing missions in a certain order it messes up s***, but i've never had that happen to me in all my playthroughs. just sad cuz I don't wanna restart, but i was enjoying this replay on PC.

but yea i have to put the game down for now. peeved.

as a mini review.

the driving feels infinitely better playing on a better controller. last time i played on a Dualshock 3 and that controller is actually butt.

The triggers really act like gas an break peddles. it's so nuanced. Still a bit slippery imo, but I get it more now.

also Rockstar really is ahead of it's time with microdetails. It's what separates them from everyone else.

So i re-restarted my GTA 4 playthrough. I just sped run through the missions. If you use taxis it saves so much time. Basically got back to where I was before I got softlocked.

I think I did the missions in a correct order so it doesnt eff me up again.

Avoid install new windows updateit causes pc to not sutdown or restart at all
