If AIO I’m using the Corsair H150i Elite Capellix and it’s pretty quiet. The quietest AIO I think you can get that’s still decent with cooking is a Fractal Design one.

Edit: Actually the EK AIO if you want RGB is also pretty amazing as well.

If CPU Fan than I’ve heard Noctua has good ones. My case fans are Noctua and they’re extremely quiet.

Edit 2: Noctua don’t have RGB though, so idk about a good cpu fan with RGB.

yeah it sucks that was my first time ever seeing it for Beat Buy but before Nvidia stopped selling the 3080 on their site I got to the credit card part and it auto entered my card but it took me 3 minutes to find the card for the code on the back and ofc by then they were all gone lol I was hating myself for not having it memorized

I really just wanted a watercooled 3090 since this all started in September but I'm glad I ended up buying a whole prebuilt for a 3080 lol other wise I'd be stuck on my Vega 56 still rn
