Seeing so many people vouch for AMD. Might build my 2nd PC with AMD around my spare 1080
intel got too comfortable,
don't leave while you hot that's how Mase screwed up
Intel still have the boomer approach to their business, they really whats been holding us back from making bigger leaps and achieving greater milestones
When it comes to the product itself we had a major breakthrough recently when a laptop that runs on AMD performs equally as good as the highest end macbooks, laptops that has Intel for like a quarter of the latters price.
Im glad that laptop makers and now Apple are ditching Intel, f*** them
Can you please elaborate what you mean by “the boomer approach?”
Single core tasks: Intel
Multi core tasks: AMD
Depends what your working on
for now, amd will beat intel in single core in the next 24 months unless intel can get to 7nm
Can you please elaborate what you mean by “the boomer approach?”
intel has been refusing to put enough money into refabing and r&d, there are rumors that there now finally going to start getting stuff in gear by 2021 or 2022 but amd will beat them by then imo
until recently they were only focused on short term growth but they’re about to get destroyed in all product categories in the coming years by arm & amd
it worked good for them for 8 years cause amd & arm couldn’t make anything comparable but those days are past
Can you please elaborate what you mean by “the boomer approach?”
Got caught up there but they been up to some scummy tactics all these years, buying off OEMs and other under the table deals, they very much despise competitions
This thread opened my eyes
Idk why I always thought intel was better
they were up until recently.
