About to peep season 3. Heard it's the weakest of the bunch so I'm adjusting my expectations. Hard to because I enjoyed season 1 and 2

watched all the seasons a few weeks ago after like 1-2 years of ppl saying i dress like a peaky blinder (i don't)

it's cool. the series after s2 feel a bit formulaic though. tommy bites off more than he can chew, makes new enemies, wins in the end of the season and repeat.
although the s5 ending is a bit different since s6 will pick up right after so i see it more as s5 reloaded.

The show escalates more and more with each the season. Like it started off as a gritty gang of London type s***, and growing in money, power, and influence is nice to see. But honestly they jumped the shark in what was it season 3 or 4 when they killed the Black Hand

It wouldn’t even have been that big an issue it’s just the way they did it was so ham fisted that it wasn’t believable. Black Hand are professional hit men, not your regular gangsters on the corner. Them turning on buddy because he offered to pay them more is ridiculous.

Now in season 5 this man was in a position to prevent WW2 possibly like

Yea take out history and the story is fire

That’s what I like about Peaky Blinders

Mf like this actually existed (obviously stretched for cinematic), but powerful people nonetheless
