No yea I finally unpacked and remember the red flags that it was addicting to me as a kid. I have a bit of a hyper-focused or addictive mind when it comes to feeling good or accomplishing tasks. That translates to a lot of things in my life where time management is s*** because I just focus on something that catches my attention.
