I’m a vendor and I got a AirPod in my whole shift.

People walk/exercise with them, jog , work , travel etc

Imo I feel like the good fish brain /15 sec of dopamine hits, people can’t really sit /work/ travel etc in complete silence for long periods of time.

Add on top of that with accessibility of the smartphone and the revolutionary design of the AirPod and that’s what you get .
