I was always told that I would ‘eventually’ like beer/lager when I was younger - like there is a lightbulb moment in your 20s. Not even close. Give me a soda, glass of sweet wine, whiskey, cocktail any day over that s***.

try an oude geuze if you don't like the "lagers" or classical "beer" taste from those you've tried. it's sour, fruity aged belgian beer. s*** is too good and i've yet to meet anyone who doesn't like it at all

I’ll tell you why I like it and I’m not white, I’ve developed some kind of perma tolerance from drinking so much. It’s p f***ing bad I can rarely drink regular beer and cop a buzz I have to drink too much of it and by that time I’m bloated and sick. IPAs are strong as s*** I find that if I drink 1 or two I have a cool buzz going on, I’ve also noticed that starting with an ipa and then moving on to whatever makes drinking that stuff much easier for me.

It’s an acquired taste like cigarettes, wine, seafood etc... it’s kinda hard to like initially but it grows on you.

Kind of insane I was smoking a pack every two days I couldn’t enjoy anything without a cigarette, glad I quit I vape like a mofucker now but at least I don’t smell like s*** all the time,
